In Marsillargues, a historic village in Petite Camargue between Nîmes and Montpellier, just 15 minutes from the beaches of Grau-du-Roi, this village house, classified by Étoiles de France, offers approximately 100 m² and is ideal for families. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, you will find a shared courtyard with tables, perfect for relaxing. The house accommodates 4 to 6 adults, with a maximum of 7 people including children. Shops and walking paths are within walking distance. Free public parking is available 50 meters away, and you may stop briefly at the end of the cul-de-sac. The bedrooms, located on the first floor, are air-conditioned. The house features a semi-open kitchen to the living room, three spacious bedrooms with double beds—one with a mezzanine and a single bed (a second single bed is available on request), a bathroom with WC on the ground floor, and a shower room with WC upstairs. The shared courtyard is used with the neighboring house and equipped with tables (one for four people and one for two), to be used while respecting the neighbors' peace. Security is ensured by bars on the ground floor windows and a metal gate at the courtyard entrance. Amenities include TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, electric oven, microwave, induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher, central gas heating, dishes, and small appliances. Bed linen and towels are not included and must be brought by you or are available for an extra fee. This accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The apartment is located at the entrance to the estate, the first house on the right with its own entrance just after the access gate. It's very quiet, as only residents move around the estate, which comprises just 9 houses. You can enjoy the outside communal areas: the estate has a large swimming pool and terrace accessible all year round, with swimming possible from April to October, and offering panoramic views over the valley to the sea, and over the ramparts of St Paul de Vence from the pool. Deckchairs and sun loungers provided by the pool. You can walk around the estate, which is enclosed and secure, and enjoy a bench between the trees and shrubs in the communal areas near the house, accessible by a staircase beside the well, to which you can add the deckchairs provided.
